I get mixed reactions to this image. Some people find it too simple, some find the colours too primary or too strong. For all these reasons I love it! I think the essence of a strong photograph is a simple, clear, unambiguous composition or message. For me, this location was simply beautiful. (And for those wondering about the Leica-R lens, it is no longer needed as Canon's more recent wide-angle lenses are wonderful!)
