Modern cameras with fast shutter speeds and high ISO settings still can't solve the problem of darkness and movement. On a perfect evening, a light zephyr was enough to rock the top of this Joshua Tree back and forwards, blurring the blooms at the top. The solution was to ramp up the ISO, open up the lens and then take lots of frames, hoping the tree remained still between the light puffs or wind.
