The story this photo tells is of a small girl who is late for dinner. She knows she is in trouble as she sprints across the bridge to home, knows that her food is getting cold on the table, knows her mother will scold her. The reality is a little different as both my kids were tired, cranky and in no mood for any sprinting when I took this shot. Fortunately a bribe of ice-cream and chocolate allowed me to shoot Holly in a cape a few days later on the walls of Orvieto, allowing me to tell my story.
